Le Chateau teams up with Suzy Shier for brick-and-mortar comeback

Canadian retailer Le Chateau has made its brick-and-mortar comeback.

The clothing brand has announced that its latest collection is online and will be available at 37 Suzy Shier locations throughout the country in the latter part of this month.

According to the retailer, the concept stores will carry clothing from both brands. Suzy offers casual, weekend, and work wear, while Le Chateau sells dresses, footwear, and accessories.

Le Chateau applied for creditor protection in 2020. He joined the ranks of many big-name retailers who succumbed under the weight of the pandemic restrictions.

Suzy’s Inc. – the company behind women’s clothing brand Suzy Shier – stepped in to buy Le Chateau’s intellectual property.

Franco Rocchi is a former executive with Le Chateau. He is now the senior marketing director of Suzy/Le Chateau.

“We couldn’t be happier to rejoin the community of retailers in shopping centers across the country,”He made the statement in a statement. “We are also proud to join our sister brand Suzy in stores now providing a full-service destination for our customers.”
